Thank you, first of all.

My camera is a Hewlett Packard Photosmart R507. Not a bad camera, it's got some nice functions and a decent quality and it's economical and easy to work with. However, there are much better cameras out there that even I would prefer. One great camera is Canon 350D. Excellent quality and loads of funcions. Sony and Nikon also have pretty good models; it's a matter of choice and price.

Yet, in general, you don't need a professional expensive Cannon to be a good photographer. Of course it helps, yet a lot of what you see here is touched up and sometimes enchanced by photoshop. So, a good editing program can surpass the camera itself. I use Jasc Paintshop Pro.
